Print Label Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Print Label ("App"), a Freshworks Marketplace application for Freshservice, provided by OneSpace ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Service Description

Print Label is a paid Freshworks Marketplace application that enables users to design, customize, and print asset labels from within Freshservice. The App provides a drag-and-drop label designer, barcode and QR code generation, and PDF export functionality for asset labeling.

3. Pricing & Billing

Print Label is offered at $13 per month per Freshservice account, billed through the Freshworks Marketplace. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled by Freshworks. By subscribing, you agree to Freshworks' billing terms in addition to these Terms.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Print Label within your Freshservice account. This license is limited to your organization's internal business use and does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

5. Technical Limitations

You acknowledge and accept the following technical characteristics of Print Label:

• The App runs within a browser iframe embedded in Freshservice and is subject to browser capabilities and limitations.
• PDF generation and label rendering occur client-side in your browser. Performance may vary based on browser, device, and label complexity.
• The App does not communicate directly with printers. PDF files are generated for you to print using your operating system's print dialog.
• Template storage is subject to Freshworks' key-value store limitations.

6. Platform Availability

Print Label's availability depends on the Freshworks platform and Freshservice. We are not responsible for downtime, outages, or changes caused by Freshworks. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with Freshservice updates but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund requests are handled per the Freshworks Marketplace refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Freshworks Marketplace. Upon cancellation, your access to Print Label will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Print Label — including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by OneSpace. Your subscription grants a usage license only and does not transfer any ownership rights. Label templates you create remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Print Label. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Print Label is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all printer hardware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Print Label after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneSpace is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
