Print Label Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

OneSpace ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates Print Label, a Freshworks Marketplace application for Freshservice ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, and stores information when installed in your Freshservice account.

2. Data We Access

Print Label operates entirely within the Freshservice iframe. The App accesses the following asset data to generate labels:

• Asset tags and display IDs
• Asset names and descriptions
• Serial numbers
• Department and location information
• Vendor and model details
• Custom asset fields configured in your Freshservice account

No asset data leaves Freshservice. All label rendering and PDF generation occurs client-side within your browser.

3. Data Storage

Label templates you create are stored using Freshworks' built-in key-value store ($db). This data is stored on Freshworks' servers, managed under Freshworks' infrastructure and security policies. OneSpace does not operate any external database or server for storing your data.

4. Authentication

Print Label uses Freshservice installation parameters (iparams) for authentication. During installation, you configure your Freshservice domain and API key. These credentials are stored securely by the Freshworks platform — not by OneSpace. No OAuth tokens or credentials are stored externally.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

Print Label does not use cookies, analytics services, or any third-party tracking within the application. We do not collect usage metrics, behavioral data, or personally identifiable information through the App.

6. Third-Party Libraries

Print Label uses the following open-source libraries, loaded via CDN, for client-side functionality:

• JsBarcode — Code-128 barcode generation
• qrcode.js — QR code generation
• jsPDF — PDF document generation
• html2canvas — Canvas rendering for PDF export
• interact.js — Drag-and-drop label designer interactions

These libraries run entirely in the browser. No data is transmitted to any third-party service.

7. Data Retention

Label templates persist in Freshworks' key-value store until you manually delete them or uninstall the App from your Freshservice account. Uninstalling Print Label removes all stored templates and configuration data.

8. GDPR & Data Rights

Since Print Label does not collect or store personal data outside the Freshworks platform, you can exercise your data rights by uninstalling the App — this removes all stored data. For questions about data stored within Freshworks' infrastructure, please refer to Freshworks' Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Print Label after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
