OneSpace ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates Apollo Sync for Freshworks ("App"), a Freshworks Marketplace application that syncs Apollo.io contacts and accounts into Freshworks CRM and Freshdesk. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install and use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide the sync functionality, the App accesses and processes the following:
- Apollo.io API credentials — used to authenticate and read contact and account data from your Apollo.io workspace.
- Freshworks account credentials (iparams) — used to authenticate and write matched records to your Freshworks CRM and Freshdesk account.
- Contact and account data — names, emails, phone numbers, company details, and related fields synced between Apollo.io and Freshworks.
- Sync configuration — field mappings, sync schedule, and filter preferences you set within the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate with Apollo.io and Freshworks on your behalf
- To perform scheduled and manual sync operations between Apollo.io and Freshworks CRM/Freshdesk
- To match and deduplicate records before creating or updating entries
- To display sync history and status within the App
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond operating the App.
4. Data Storage and Security
Credentials and sync configuration are stored using Freshworks' managed storage for marketplace apps. All data in transit between our servers, Freshworks, and Apollo.io is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
5. Data Deletion
When you uninstall the App from your Freshworks account, your stored credentials and sync configuration are permanently deleted within 10 days. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the support address below.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
