Microsoft 365 Calendar Scheduler & Sync Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

These terms are between OneSpace ("we", "us") and the organization that installs the App ("you"). By installing or using Microsoft 365 Calendar Scheduler & Sync (the "App"), you agree to them.

1. The App

The App connects your Freshservice account to your Microsoft 365 calendars. It lets agents schedule meetings from records, syncs assigned work to Outlook calendars, and lets admins create calendar automations. Features may change over time.

2. Installation, access and accounts

  • The App is installed and billed through the Freshworks Marketplace. Freshworks' own terms govern your Freshworks account and the Marketplace.
  • Your admin chooses which agents can use the App.
  • You're responsible for the people you give access to, and for keeping any credentials you enter (for example your Freshservice API key and, for Personal Work Sync, your Azure app's client secret) secure and up to date.
  • You confirm you have the authority to grant the Microsoft 365 permissions the App requests.

3. Requirements

The App needs Microsoft 365 licenses that include Exchange Online for the agents whose calendars it reads or writes. An agent must also have a Freshservice email address that matches their Microsoft 365 mailbox. Without these, features won't work, and that isn't a fault of the App.

Personal Work Sync also needs an Azure app registration that your organization creates in your own Microsoft tenant, following our setup guide. Keeping that registration and its client secret valid, including renewing the secret before it expires, is your responsibility.

4. Fees and trial

  • Price: $3.99 USD per agent per month, for every agent on your Freshservice account.
  • Free trial: 21 days, as offered by the Freshworks Marketplace.
  • Billing, invoices, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Freshworks under the Marketplace terms.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods, with notice through the Marketplace listing.

5. Your data

  • You own your data. The App processes it only to provide the features you use, inside your own Freshworks and Microsoft 365 accounts.
  • We don't receive or store copies of your calendar, mailbox or Freshservice data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • You're responsible for having the right to process the data you connect, including notifying your users where the law requires it.

6. Acceptable use

You won't:

  • use the App to break the law or infringe someone's rights;
  • try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the App, or get around its limits;
  • use the App to access calendars or data you aren't authorized to access;
  • resell the App or make it available to people outside your organization.

7. How the App behaves (things to know)

  • Microsoft and Freshworks limits apply. Both services limit how many requests can be made. Heavy use can slow sync, and sync may catch up later.
  • Sync isn't instant. The background sync runs on a schedule. Some changes, such as a ticket's planned dates edited on their own, may take up to about an hour to appear.
  • No backfill. Work that existed before you installed the App syncs after its next edit.
  • Events you delete in Outlook stay deleted. The App won't recreate them.
  • Shared and group calendar events created by automations are published by the admin's connection, not the individual agent.

8. Availability and support

  • We work to keep the App running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App depends on Microsoft, Freshworks and your own configuration.
  • Support is available at [email protected].
  • We may update the App, and may need to pause it for maintenance.

9. Third-party services

The App depends on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Freshservice and the Freshworks platform. We aren't responsible for their availability, changes or terms. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams are trademarks of Microsoft. Freshservice and Freshworks are trademarks of Freshworks Inc. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

10. Intellectual property

We keep all rights in the App, its code, and its documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your organization's internal business while your subscription is active.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that calendars will always be accurate, complete or conflict-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, including a missed meeting or double-booking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

13. Termination

  • You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which ends billing under the Marketplace terms.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if the App is withdrawn from the Marketplace.
  • On uninstall, the App attempts to delete its stored records. Calendar events already created in Microsoft 365 remain until you delete them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version with its date and announce material changes on the Marketplace listing or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneSpace is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
