Terms of Service

By installing or using Apollo Integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apollo Integration service ("Service") provided by Onespace Tech ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Apollo Integration is a monday.com marketplace app that automatically synchronises contacts and companies from Apollo.io into monday.com CRM. The Service includes scheduled polling, smart deduplication, field mapping, contact enrichment, and a sync history dashboard.

Use of this Service requires valid accounts with both Apollo.io and monday.com. These are independent third-party platforms governed by their own terms of service.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Tiers

  • Free: $0/month — 100 sync actions per period
  • Starter: $29/month — 500 sync actions per period
  • Pro: $49/month — 1,000 sync actions per period
  • Growth: $69/month — 2,000 sync actions per period
  • Scale: $99/month — 5,000 sync actions per period

3.2 What Counts as a Sync Action

A sync action is one new contact, company, or deal record created in monday.com or Apollo.io during a sync cycle (including records created in Apollo.io via the optional "Create in Apollo" feature). Updating a record that's already synced does not consume a sync action, for any entity type. Skipped records (no change detected or duplicate found) and errors do not count toward your quota.

3.3 Billing

Paid plans are billed through the monday.com marketplace billing system on a monthly basis. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All billing is handled by monday.com — we do not store your payment information.

3.4 Quota Enforcement

When your sync action quota is reached, further sync writes are paused until the next billing period reset or until you upgrade your plan. You will be notified within the app when you are approaching your limit.

3.5 Enrichment Action Quota

Enrichment and Prospect import features draw from a separate monthly quota from sync actions:

  • Free: 100 enrichment actions per period
  • Starter: 250 enrichment actions per period
  • Pro: 500 enrichment actions per period
  • Growth: 1,000 enrichment actions per period
  • Scale: 2,500 enrichment actions per period

An enrichment action is one item enriched with Apollo data, or one record imported via Prospect. Once this quota is reached, enrichment and Prospect import are paused until the next billing period reset or a plan upgrade.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process data you do not have legal authority to access
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent quota or plan limits

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We will not contact you for marketing or promotional purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from monday.com. Upon uninstall, all your data is permanently deleted within 10 days per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onespace Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, India.
